This page explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what your rights are. Data handling follows Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Calculator without an account
Numbers entered in the public calculator are computed on your own device and are not sent to a server.
Account data
When you register or sign in with Google, we store the name, email address, profile photo, profession, health facility, and phone number you provide. This data is used to manage access and to contact you about your use of the platform.
Child data
Health workers record child data after the parent or guardian has given consent. The national identity number is never stored in its original form, only as a keyed hash. Name, address, and contact number are stored separately from measurement data and can only be seen by roles with permission. Data exported for analysis uses subject codes.
Security
Access is limited by role, every important change is written to the activity log, and the site runs over an HTTPS connection.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. A guardian may withdraw consent for the use of child data at any time through a health worker. Children whose consent has been withdrawn are excluded from research data exports.
